The short answer is no; you can use your own caterer.  However, we do offer a caterer If you choose to go with the Inclusive package.  You will pick the best caterer for you from a list of 4 catering companies we know and trust. You will schedule a tasting and choose your Menue’s.

If you go with the DIY, then you can bring in your own, but please note they must be an insured caterer.

We offer a nice selection of vendors we know and trust.  When you choose the inclusive package, you will receive a brochure with the vendor options.  You have 3 to 4 vendor choices per category. When you request pricing, we send over this information as part of the brochure. We invite you to visit with us about any of the vendor options.

There are two options. If you go with the DIY package,  you receive 10 hours of Chapel Valley Farm rental time which includes tables, chairs, and a wedding planner.

When you choose, the Inclusive 90% of what you need is provided including food, appetizers, linens, a wedding planner, bar service, floral, cake, and Dj!  The inclusive takes away the pressure of planning a wedding and allows you to relax and enjoy the moment.

We are located in the heart of Florida. Eustis, Florida is 20 minutes from Orlando, Florida nestled on a 25-acre farm.  Chapel Valley Farm is a short beautiful drive from Orlando, so your out-of-town guests have easy access to your wedding. 

Chapel Valley Farm was once an old sand mine which gave the property amazing hills, trees, and landscape you wouldn’t expect to find in Florida. The unique chapel, used for indoor weddings, and the beautiful flower garden, used for outdoor weddings, are breathtaking.

The Indoor Chapel was designed after the Chapels on the St. Johns River, and the outdoor location looks and feels like a location in the movie twilight.

You don’t have to worry about the weather interrupting your wedding day. We have an Indoor location just in case of bad weather, and the outdoor reception area is well covered and allows for a unique setting to dance the night away.

We are always delighted to be accommodating and fulfill your most cherished desires. Your wedding should, after all, be all you’ve imagined! You can personalize your special day however you choose with our exquisite alternatives, which include flowers, live music, and organizers.  Simply ask!

Depending on availability, you can begin arranging your dream day with our team of wedding planners as early as one month in advance.

No matter where you live, our team of wedding planners wants to make the preparation process as enjoyable as possible. Travel is not necessary while planning takes place. However, we would be delighted to greet you and show you around our various wedding facilities at Chapel Valley.

We are a venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions!  Our weddings take place within our 25 acres of grounds. We offer a unique wedding venue with a twist. 

Say “I do” in our charming old chapel or outdoor ceremony area framed by pine trees. Drinks can be enjoyed poolside, and you can dance the night away while only being illuminated by a few sparkling lights.

A non-refundable deposit of $850 is required to secure your date with Chapel Valley Farm. 50% of the balance is due 120 days from the date of your event, and the final balance is due 30 days from your event.
